Balloonland.com is part of the Balloondomains.com group of websites.

PURPOSE


The intended functions of this site, its associates, mirrors, and copies which operate under alternate names , are:- to raise awareness of many aspects of balloons and the uses to which they are put , for the purposes of entertainment , the provision of information in general and to briefly describe specifically related phobic and fetishistic circumstances and to provide limited assistance to those with a related phobia or fetish, primarily through the means of regularly updated FAQs.

PRINCIPLES


Legal requirements.

Every attempt will be made to comply with international law with regard to site content and general site operation. Since the site will be visited by those with a balloon fetish the site will never contain images of people under the age of eighteen and , if and where appropriate , suitable records will be kept by the Webmaster to confirm that this is so.

All inquiries should be addressed to the webmaster .

Freedom of expression.

The Webmaster reserves the freedom to express opinion. All site information, and any form of communication, eg:- email, is given in good faith and without liability.

Protection of minors.

No reference to fetishism will seek to encourage experimentation which could lead to the establishment of a fetish in any person. Since the site will be visited by those with a balloon fetish the site will never contain images of people under the age of eighteen and suitable records will be kept by the Webmaster to confirm that this is so.

Advertising and links.

Any commercial advertising that appears on the site is aligned with the good opinion of the webmaster of Balloonland.com. No such advertising appears as a result of a third party request to do so.

Links to other sites and comments about other sites are the personal choice and opinion of the webmaster of Balloonland.com , and such links only appear where the webmaster or other significant authority of the linked site has allowed such inclusion. This is to ensure that no-one is offended, and does not in itself imply third party endorsement of all, or any of, the content or activities of Balloonland.com.

Language used.

Every attempt will be made to use 'plain english' wherever possible and practical. Provided that the meaning of words in context remain clear then words may be spelt the British way or the American way - attempts will be made to use preferred spellings wherever possible - so where a British alternative spelling is also an American preferred spelling then the preferred American spelling will be used, and vice-versa. If you are unsure about the meaning of anything on the site, or want to suggest changes then email the webmaster.

With three classes of exception, all images hosted on this site are the copyright of Balloonland.com or associated organizations unless otherwise indicated and publication by any means is disallowed without prior written agreement from the owner of Balloonland.com.

First class of exception to copyright.

Banners used as links to other sites are the copyright of the sites concerned unless otherwise indicated, and are only used with the permission of the respective site owners.

Second class of exception to copyright.

Any image or cinematic file not produced by Balloonland.com which is hosted on this site, retains its original copyright absolutely.

Third class of exception to copyright.

From time to time, images may be used which are in the public domain and to which no copyright applies.

PRIVACY


With two classes of exception, all correspondence, and all personal information gained by correspondence or by the use of cookies or by any other means relating to the operation of the site will not be shared with anyone else.

First class of exception to privacy.

Any correspondence received from minors which concerns sexual matters, and any replies to that correspondence, will be made available to the parents or guardians of the minors concerned wherever possible unless there are, or appear to be, any overriding concerns regarding the welfare of the minors concerned. Such correspondence may also be made available to others but will be strictly limited to those persons described below and subject to a written assurance by such persons that they will respect the privacy of all concerned and that further unwarranted disclosure of private information will not take place.

Balloonland.com reserves the right to disclose, and will actively pursue the disclosure to the relevant authorities of, any information, however acquired, regarding the abuse of any type, of minors.

Any correspondence or activity which attempts or appears to attempt to involve Balloonland.com in any activity in support of pedophile activity will be reported without delay to the relevant authorities including all header and identity information which will enable the originator to be traced.

Note in addition to second class of exception to privacy.

If you have information regarding pedophile activity on the internet you should contact The Internet Watch Foundation who will assess the material and then pass the information to the appropriate police authorities.
